Great vision for a motel renovation, a return to it's mid-century vibe. And it could be really great. Really great. Loved the fire pits. Great retro touches. Small drive-through town on the outskirts of a charming college town. Comfy bed.

This place needs a crew of professionals to make it great. So many sloppy details around the hotel & the room. Porch door didn't lock, bathroom door didn't shut, hot water knob was broken, outlets not covered, half length curtains, broken glass...

sincerely, it was a perfect stay at the springs inn over february vacation. the hotel was in an unbeatable position just off new ashford, ma as well as the mount greylock park.

The place has beautiful surroundings and convenient on-site parking.

The location was unbeatable, just next door to an embankment above the other building, closer to the highway and the Mount Greylock park and very rural New Ashford. It was easily accessible and convenient to other attractions in the area.

We enjoyed the quiet location of this hotel on the hill, overlooking the surrounding area. The room was clean and comfortable with great shower pressure. The bright lobby with continental breakfast was a nice start to our day. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing helpful information on nearby attractions and hiking trails.

The Springs Motel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was unbelievable, especially considering the reasonable prices we paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location on top of an embankment provided stunning views, and it was convenient to other attractions in the area, including the Mount Greylock park. Lastly, the breakfast provided was more than adequate to get us ready for a day of skiing.

The hotel provides great value for money, especially given the prices in this area of high priced lodgings. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally considerate and welcoming, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite being a budget hotel, the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access other attractions in the area, as well as restaurants and shopping in nearby cities.

Although there were one or two minor areas for improvement, overall our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.
